SHIPPING POLICY
Roasting Library aims to keep you informed from ordering to arrival. We want to do all we can to get your order to you as fast as is reasonable. All orders will be shipped within 7 days of placement unless other arrangements have been made. Roasting Library will be in contact with you if there are any delays and will extend the opportunity to receive a full refund if necessary.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are serious about quality. Unlike other private label companies that lower quality to maintain higher margins, we strive to import, roast and ship the high quality coffees that rival even the best high end coffee roasters. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is any question about your coffee quality.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we will not return coffee once shipped. If quality discrepancies are found, Roasting Library will refund or exchange the order for a fresh one.
